Double duty this weekend! Decided to run Light 160 cup night and World Formula tonight the get ready for the last regional next week. 

Jaxson won BOTH features tonight and got his first Cup night trophy after 3 years of trying!

Now dad needs to do some much needed maintenance on these cars before next week!

Jaxson has this micro sprint rolling!! He’s getting quicker and more comfortable each week! We cannot be more proud of how quick he adapted and how awesome he is driving!!

Hot laps - 2nd quick

Heat - started 8th and finished 3rd! Which put him on the pole of the feature!!

Feature - started 1st but the outside car got a better start so Jaxson would finish 2nd! Still an amazing finish and race!!

Had another good night at Coles County. 2nd quickest in hot laps. WON the heat race which started us 2nd in the feature. Ended up finishing 2nd! Cannot complain about another podium only 3 races into Jaxson’s micro career!

Next couple weeks we will be back in quarter midgets, and then back to micros with a brand Paradigm Design & Print Co new wrap!! Cannot wait for the reveal!! Thank you everybody for your support, we couldn’t do it without you!!

Ran down to Doe Run yesterday to get some laps in. First time on this track Jaxson had some learning to do. By the time feature came around he was comfortable and had learned the track.

Jaxson started 10th in the feature, passing for 7th he got tangled with the outside car and came to a stop. Restarted 13th and would finish the race in 6th!! Beyond proud of his learning a new car and never giving up!!

Our quarter midget farewell tour continued last weekend. It was our last time at the Granite City track. This was the 3rd leg of regionals.

Jaxson decided at the beginning of the year to only race 2 cars at regionals this year.

WF finished 2nd in a tough feature race!

And LT 160 finished 5th after an unfortunate spin after he passed for 2nd.

We jumped into the micro with ZERO expectations and to just have some fun. And have some fun we did! Once he got used to the car it was like a duck taking to water. You would have never guessed it was his first time in the car and only second time on the track!

Took first in his first official full race!!! Jaxson is super excited for his next endeavor and cannot wait to get into the car again!

Well around 3 of the NASCAR Youth Series was a little rough….with some flashes of positivity. But we had fun, brought home a podium finish, a lower main win, and a couple of broken cars.

This weekend the plan is to break out the Micro sprint and have a little fun!
