Congratulations to Drifters second baseman Cooper Mullens on being named First Team All-WCL!

Mullens made history in his fourth season with the Drifters, hitting .347 with 60 hits and 34 RBIs, breaking the franchise single-season batting average record. This is his second All-WCL honor after being named to the ALL-WCL Second Team in 2025.

Congratulations to Drifters pitcher Michael Klein on being named First Team All-WCL!

Klein was lights out in his second season with the Drifters, finishing with a 1.74 ERA and leading the team with 43 strikeouts!

Welcome to the team, Dave!

We are so excited to announce Dave Deutschman as the General Manager of the Drifters Baseball Academy!

Dave is a Junction City High School graduate and played collegiate baseball at College of the Siskiyous and Western Oregon University. He has since coached many different levels of the sport, including high school and summer collegiate baseball. Most recently, Dave served as the head coach at Southwestern Oregon Community College, where he became the winningest coach in program history!

We are thrilled to have Dave manage our academy, which will have youth baseball teams from 10u through 16u. The Drifters Academy provides athletes with access to a premier indoor training facility designed to support player development year-round.
