The WCHS Golf Team is hosting a four-person scramble as a fundraiser on Saturday, April 26, 2025! The cost for a four-person team is $250. Please make checks payable to WCHS Golf Team. To register, please fill out the Google Form below. We will need the information in the link for planning purposes.

Hello Nelson County Community,

Let's SWING some support for Maddie and Hayden.

Hayden Reynolds was a fun loving and hard working young man that left his family too soon. Hayden was the oldest of 5 and a student at St. Joseph's School here in Bardstown. He had a passion for sports, specifically football and a love for the outdoors. Hayden's greatest achievement was forming his own farming business where he would raise and sell beef cattle. The Hayden Reynolds Memorial Fund was created to help support events and programs in our community in honor of Hayden.

Maddie Risner is a 15 year old from Bardstown who came out of Covid in 2021 with paralysis in her legs, severe vision changes, migraines, and in the past year began having tremors and weakness in her arms and hands as well. Since the onset, she has seen countless doctors in Louisville and Cincinnati and has spent almost 100 days inpatient. The doctors have had no success in helping her regain independence or control the progression of symptoms. Her family has found a program in Colorado that is a totally different approach from any of the local doctors, and offers Maddie a chance at recovery. They will be heading to Boulder for a 6 week program in September.

100% of the profits will be equally split to go towards Hayden's Foundation and support the Risner family in their journey to help Maddie. Your support in swinging in the game, being a hole sponsor, or simply donating is greatly appreciated!

We have a winner! We just wrapped up our winter league at Carnoustie golf course in Scotland. Our league winners are Jordon Reinle and Jimbo Carrico. They beat Jonathan Jones and Jason Young in the championship round. Congratulations to our winners and thank you to everyone who played this season!

GOLF LEAGUE!!!

Registration open until November 17th. 2 person teams will play 9 holes best ball each week. Each team will get three 9 hole rounds to be played before Christmas to set handicaps. You will play a different course each week for 6 weeks. Top 4 teams will have a 2 week playoff.

$300 per team. All rounds are included. That’s around $16 per round or less if you make the playoffs. Plus discounted hourly rates if you want to practice or play more during the season.
