Coaching is about relationships. Relationships are built on trust. My fitness mission is to empower individuals to become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves so they can be better, more productive people for as long as they are alive through expert coaching, a supportive community, and a relentless commitment to improvement.
Mechanics first, consistency second, and intensity last—ensuring that every athlete moves well before moving fast or heavy. My coaching is rooted in proper technique, smart progression, and injury prevention, allowing athletes of all levels to train safely and effectively for the long term.
I believe in celebrating effort over ego and believe that progress, no matter how small, is always a victory.Above all, I want to foster a community-driven environment where accountability, encouragement, and resilience thrive.

Zach is a dedicated coach with a passion for fitness and active living. He earned his L1 coaching certification in August 2022 and is set to complete his L2 certification in May 2025. As a husband and father of two boys, Zack views fitness as a core value for his family and strives to instill the importance of an active lifestyle in his children. With a background in baseball and basketball, he developed a strong foundation in health and fitness from an early age. Zack believes in pushing personal limits and building sustainable habits for lifelong wellness.
