Join Casey for Yoga Wheel Flow, a slow-flow vinyasa class designed to help you explore the many benefits of the yoga wheel as a supportive and empowering prop. Together, we'll move through a variety of poses including forward folds, backbends, balance work, and hip openers while discovering how the wheel can enhance flexibility, mobility, strength, and body awareness.

As we head into summer, we're taking the first week of June to do a little restructuring and planning behind the scenes.

We're working on a refreshed class schedule and can't wait to share what's coming next. Our updated summer schedule will be released soon, with classes resuming the week of June 7th.
