Jabs Boxing and Fitness We are a Boxing Fitness gym located in 6728 Commercial Dr. North Springfield, Virginia. In addition to our Jabs class, we also do personal training.

Grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community and invest in the next generation. Moments like this are a reminder of how important it is to show up, teach discipline, and create positive structure for kids early on

We fight in the gym every day pushing limits, building strength, showing up when it’s hard.
Today, we remember there’s a bigger fight too.

Fight for the air you breathe.
Fight for the ground you stand on.
Fight for the world that gives us the space to grow, move, and live.

Protect it. Respect it. Put in the work.
