What a weekend in Indianapolis at Grand Park. #1 seed out of 32 teams, 6-0,
outscored our opponents 43-6, 6 complete games by our pitching staff and
tourney champions. To say I am a proud coach is an understatement. Last
weekend was rough, very disappointing. We had a tough talk and I challenged
the boys after the last loss. We went into this tourney shorthanded with 9
players, and did they deliver. They were better in every aspect of the game.
Quality AB's by everyone, Great defense, Excellent baserunning, Our bench
was LIVE, Great Communication, Picking each other up........I can go on and
on. I pound it into their heads "The little things matter." So proud of
these boys!
