Your weight can fluctuate up to 5 pounds a day. This can be because of the foods you eat:
1. Salt intake fluids you drink
2. Fluid intake
3. Hormonal changes (yes, guys, we have them too)
So, weigh yourself at most once a week. If you want to weigh yourself daily, use a 7–10-day average of your weight, this is a better indicator of if you are going up or down.

The scale can change from day to day, so it can be tricky to figure out your "real" weight. Here's why it happens and how to weigh in.
