Join us in welcoming Karla Stokes as the new Assistant Cheer Coach for the Har-Ber Wildcats!

“I’m honored to join Har-Ber Cheer as Assistant Coach and begin this new chapter alongside Coach Ratchford and an incredible group of athletes. Since 2009, cheer has given me so many amazing opportunities, including a National Runner-Up finish with Bentonville West and a State Championship with Fayetteville.

I can’t wait to help our athletes grow, compete, and create unforgettable memories together. Go Cats!”

What a way to wrap up camp with an amazing cheer performance! The energy, spirit, and confidence from this group was outstanding.

You pushed through, learned so much in a short time, and came together as a team in such a powerful way. The progress from day one to today was incredible!

What an incredible final performance of our dance routine! Our athletes brought so much energy, confidence, and spirit to the floor today.

From learning the counts to putting it all together, the growth over the week was amazing to watch. Every athlete worked hard, supported each other, and performed with pride.

Join us in welcoming Heather Ratchford as the new Head Cheer Coach for the Har-Ber Wildcats!

“I’m thrilled to be joining Har-Ber. With over 20 years of experience in multiple areas of cheer, I’m passionate about building strong relationships, developing athletes’ skills, and creating a culture of excellence both on and off the mat. Most recently, I served at Fayetteville High School, where I helped lead the program to four consecutive top 3 finishes, including a 6A All-Girl State Runner-Up title in 2023 and a 6A All-Girl State Championship in 2025. I’m excited to build on the tradition at Har-Ber while helping athletes grow in confidence, discipline, and team pride.”

We are excited for the leadership, energy, and experience Coach Ratchford brings to the Wildcats program as we look ahead to an exciting new season.
