PAULA’S PROGRESS💚
Paula started her fitness journey in September 2022! Paula and I trained pretty consistently (at least 5 days a week) from January 2023 to March 2023. From there, she has stayed consistent on her own time & continued to make fantastic progress!
The first pic is before we started training together. The second picture is after. The third picture is her overall progress! Overall, she’s lost 10 lbs & gained 4lbs of muscle! The only thing you need is the desire for change! I loved getting to help this friend of mine take her first step into a better & healthier way of life🤍
