We offer gym memberships, SilverSneakers, corporate wellness and nutrition support. Welcome to the G.A.C. Fitness and Sports Performance Center. G.A.C. Fitness is veteran owned and opened in 2015 by Chico and Rebecca Grajeda. Both owners have a medical background and multiple certifications within the wellness and fitness industry. Chico specializes in sports performance and Rebecca in older adult

/senior fitness. We train ages 7 and up. Younger athletes train in our group settings or team programs. We offer private training, return to play, recovery and nutrition services. Ask about our hitting/pitching lessons taught by Wendell Hutchison.
