UPDATE FOR WINTER CAMP!
We are back at it this November for our 2024 Speed and Agility Camp. This year we have 2 locations. We will be doing a camp in Miamisburg (usual location) and along with other coaches at a new facility in West Chester! The new facility has state-of-the-art equipment and set up for baseball specific training including hitting and pitching which we are also holding the speed and agility camp there. Below are some of the prices for the new facility. But if you are a part of the evolution group and a returning athlete please message me below if you would like to sign up and want more info on either location.

We are back with the 2023 Winter Camp! We start in November and it will be 3 months and 3 times a week!! Times will be decided closer to the camp. But we have 4 times lots available for each of the 3 days. We will be at both locations this year in Miamisburg and Germantown. The Labor Day special for these 3 days is only $75 to sign up. If you're interested in, please sign up today to hold a spot.

Tomorrow we will be training at Patricia Allyn Park at 11am. If anyone is not a part of the Summer training that is okay we're accepting drop ins For $5 if any athletes, boys and girls that would like to come down. Training is for one hour and we will be covering speed and agility and resistance training. It doesn't matter which sport they play. Message me below if you're interested in coming. Good morning !
So next Wednesday May 31st we kick off our 2023 Summer Training Camp! For all the ones that have signed up, we are setting the times this week to get ready before the weekend! Please post below, the name of athlete and time that works best. You can always change times when needed and they don't have to come to every session. We start next Wednesday then going forward the days are Monday Wednesday and Friday until August. The times so far are 10am, 11am, 4pm, 6pm and 7pm if you would like any other times please let me know. We will split them up by groups and ages.

For anyone not yet signed up and is interested please contact me asap and I can register them. We are finalizing schedule by memorial day! Thank you all again and looking forward to a great Summer! 🌞 💪
