Dayton Impact Select Baseball Organization The Dayton Impact is a FCA-affiliated youth baseball organization created in 2017 More than anything, we want the boys to have fun!

The Dayton Impact organization was created to implement transformational coaching through the game of baseball. The coaching will be guided by Christian principles and follow the philosophies presented in the book "Inside Out Coaching" by Joe Ehrmann. The goal of the organization is to not only develop skills and play well competitively, but also to develop young men who impact their communities i

n positive ways. Our mission: to develop and nourish relationships within communities while making a difference, serving Christ and positively affecting people's lives. Our Motto: Love God, Love others, Love Baseball!

We’re looking for dedicated players who love the game and are committed to reaching their full potential. Through intentional development, we’ll build baseball IQ, situational awareness, confidence, and the competitive mindset needed to succeed—while developing character that lasts far beyond the game.

At Dayton Impact, we believe success starts with good character and is built through hard work, preparation, and a team-first mindset.
