Sweat Like A Mother is a creative and fun total body workout. And when we say ALL, we mean ALL mamas- pregnant mamas, itty bitty baby mamas, fur baby mamas, big kid mamas, caregivers, slama-grammas… all 👏🏿 the 👏🏼 mamas, including prenatal and postpartum moms. This unique and challenging workout keep you constantly on the move! We use the entire park during class. Each fitness class will provide ne

w and different exercises in order to maximize fitness results and prevent boredom. For not ideal weather days we will move indoors to GAC Fitness. All exercises are introduced with multiple levels of difficulty so that moms of all fitness levels are able to workout together. This butt-kicking program will help you to get strong, lean, energized and feel awesome! Children play and moms mingle after every class!

It is with a bit of a heavy heart, that I am officially announcing the end of an era with SLAM Dayton. This was not an easy or overnight decision. I have truly enjoyed every single person that has come to class, and all the wonderful memories SLAM has provided so many over the years.

September does mark 8 years of SLAM here in Dayton. So, I invite you and everybody that ever attended a SLAM to join us on September 7th at 5:00 PM for our End of an Era SLAMiversary! And the last hurray. We will SLAM to all our favorites over the years and end with a potluck. Help me invite old slammers, your whole family and friends. I hope you can all join!

SLAM’s last official day and the last day to use any remaining passes up will be September 20th.
