😂🥊 WHEN YOU ASK COACH TO SPAR…

10/19/2026

Yesterday, the girls took on their FIRST MUD RUN! 💪🔥 And we had over 30+ girls out there working together as a TEAM! 🫡❤️

And that’s not even half of the girls we have at the gym! 🤯

I think sometimes the martial arts world makes it hard for women because it’s still looked at as a man’s sport. But that’s NOT what martial arts is about!

Martial arts is about becoming the BEST version of yourself, both inside and outside the gym. It’s about building confidence, pushing your limits, supporting one another, and surrounding yourself with good people who want to see you succeed.

At the end of the day, we’re all looking for the same thing: COMMUNITY. A place where we belong, where we can grow, and where we can find good people to train with and push us to be better.

Yesterday was about so much more than a mud run. It was about women coming together, building friendships, encouraging each other, and creating a community of their own! ❤️💪

Ladies, keep showing up, keep pushing yourselves, and keep proving that martial arts is for EVERYONE!

We don’t just build fighters at Sammy’s Muay Thai. We build a FAMILY. 🫡❤️

Dang, team! Y’all are making me run out of wall space! 😂🤌🔥

Hard work ALWAYS pays off, both inside and outside the ring! 🥊💯

If something is broken, fix it.
If it’s not worth your time, don’t give it your time.
And whatever you do, strive to be the BEST version of yourself!

Life is too short to settle for less than what you’re capable of. Keep working, keep growing, and keep pushing forward!

❤️🥊 THIS IS WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT!

Big thanks to and for coming together to give back to someone who truly needs our support! 🙏

Today, we hosted a FUNDRAISING / DONATION-BASED SEMINAR and raised an incredible $2,660 for Blake Nguyen and his family! ❤️

Blake suffered an 18-foot fall and has been fighting one of the toughest battles imaginable. He’s had to relearn how to walk, eat, and do the everyday things many of us take for granted.

But let me tell you something… this young man’s spirit is AMAZING! 💪❤️

We were blessed to spend time with him today, show him some love, and even send him home with some SMT gear to keep him hyped until he gets back to training!

Because he WILL be back! 🥊🔥

This is bigger than Muay Thai. It’s bigger than the gym. It’s about community, showing up for one another, and reminding people that they don’t have to fight their battles alone.

To everyone who donated, showed up, and helped make this happen, THANK YOU! None of this happens without you.

ONE COMMUNITY. ONE FAMILY. WE RISE TOGETHER. ❤️🙏
