One of the World Record’s for the longest dive without using fins was awarded to New Zealand’s William Trubridge. For the record breaking dive, William dove into the Atlantic Ocean and swam to a depth of 380 feet while holding his breath for over 4 minutes.

During swimming lessons, you'll learn how to kick your legs to hold you above water. Practice kicking your legs, whether you're floating on your back or holding onto the side of the pool. A flutter kick is done with your toes pointed out and legs straight, alternating legs as you kick.
