So far I’m loving this challenge. I woke up at 445am to get my (weights)workout in before work. When I was done it was only 615am. I still had 45 min until I had to be getting ready or wake the kids up. So I got my 30 min cardio done!!! It was amazing. That is not my typical schedule, but this challenge is already working for me. Day 2 😜 (I better be motivated) Post your pics of your workouts. Let everyone know what you are doing each day.
