Keep pushing yourself. Don’t let excuses stop you. I have been running for a few years now. It’s taken a long time to get this goal. Over 800 miles total!!! Goals keep you focused. Remember your goal for September and crush it. Weather you have slacked or not. Finish it strong!!!!

So far I’m loving this challenge. I woke up at 445am to get my (weights)workout in before work. When I was done it was only 615am. I still had 45 min until I had to be getting ready or wake the kids up. So I got my 30 min cardio done!!! It was amazing. That is not my typical schedule, but this challenge is already working for me. Day 2 😜 (I better be motivated) Post your pics of your workouts. Let everyone know what you are doing each day. This page is a community of people with the same goals. Let’s cheer each other on and inspire one another. LETS GET MOVING!!!!

I woke up early before work to go lift....by the time I was done with workout it was 615am. I realized I still had 45 min before I really had to do anything so I got my 30 min of cardio done!!! So far this challenge has been great for me. Hope it’s getting you to do something outside your normal daily activity. Take a pic of your workouts! Post when you’ve completed them. Let’s keep everyone accountable and cheer each other on. It’s a community of people with the same goals let’s inspire each other and challenge one another to do more!
