Football practices begin on AUGUST 17TH❗️📢

🚨Don’t forget: on Friday, AUGUST 14TH, you can get a FREE sports physical at 9 a.m. at Spring Valley High School!

This is a great opportunity to make sure you’re CLEARED TO PLAY‼️

🩺 Every student-athlete is required to have an updated physical exam on file with the school nurse before the start of practices and tryouts.

If you haven’t registered for your fall sport yet, THERE’S STILL TIME.✔️
