Strength and Agility with The Performance Center ✔️💪

4-6th completed their test out and most improved received prizes.

9-12th also tested out on bench, squat and sprinting. T-shirts awarded to those who met their goal!

Thanks to Tyler and Kale for showing up for our youth. Thanks to parents for investing in your kids. A high schooler told me she now knows how to use all the machines in the weight room - cultivating life lessons!
