Today was a special day at Charles MMA. One of my many students whom evolve into a great role model and stayed dedicated to reaching a brown belt. Now today his commitment earned him his 1st stripe to continue his journey. Congratulations Whitney Michel!

A combination of 3!! Considering the 1st move doesn’t work (O-soto-Gari) instantly change direction to attempt the 2nd move (Hiza-Guruma) now you realize it’s not possible so you finish with the 3rd and final move as a sacrifice (Uki-Waza)
