Most people who feel tired in the afternoon aren't sleep-deprived.
They're dehydrated.
Even mild dehydration — just 1–2% — can cause fatigue, brain fog, headaches, and reduced physical performance.
The fix is boring but it works: drink water before you feel thirsty. By the time you're thirsty, you're already behind.
A good rule of thumb: half your body weight in ounces per day. So if you weigh 150 lbs, aim for 75 oz.

We are getting closer to 1 million visits at Sunshine Fitness!

In March alone, we had 12,856 visits, bringing us to 37,575 visits in 2026 and 817,147 visits since opening.

That means we have now reached 81.7% of our 1 million visit goal.

Every visit matters, and every person who walks through our doors is part of this incredible milestone. Thank you for being part of the Sunshine Fitness community and helping us build healthier, stronger communities together.

These members showed up, stayed committed, and kept choosing their health again and again throughout the month of March. That kind of consistency is what creates real change, and we love seeing it.
