This Sunday, June 28th, step away from the noise and join Reanna at our peaceful Casa de Oro studio. We are dedicating the afternoon to helping you recalibrate your mind and body, shifting you out of "fight-or-flight" and into a state of deep, effortless peace.
We have two beautiful sessions lined up to help you completely unwind:
🧘‍♂️ Choose Your Reset (or Join Both!)
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM | Nervous System Reset Workshop Unwind through gentle restorative yoga, calming breathwork, and guided meditation designed to instantly release deep-seated physical and mental tension.
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Deep Rest Sound bath Immerse yourself in the pure, healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls to quiet mental chatter and experience profound, restorative relaxation.
