ABOUT THE GK1 CLUB
The GK1 Club is directed by Jim Keady. Keady has played and coached at the youth, high school, college and professional levels and is currently the goalkeeper coach at Christian Brothers Academy. Over the past six years with the CBA program, Keady’s keepers have won divisional, conference, and state championships and have earned all-division, all-conference, and all-state accolades. Over his 30 years of coaching, keepers under Keady’s tutelage have gone on to play at all levels of college soccer; professionally in the USA and abroad; and with the US National Team programs.

About the GK1 Club
The GK1 Club launched in 1992 under the direction of Tim Mulqueen, a NJ-native who went on to coach with the US National Team Program, the US Olympic Team, MLS and USL Clubs, as well as at Rutgers University. Jim Keady partnered with Mulqueen in 1996 when both were playing professionally for the NJ Imperials in the USISL. Keady has played and coached at youth, high school, college and professional levels and is currently the goalkeeper coach at Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft, NJ.

The GK1 Club has been the training ground for some of New Jersey's best goalkeepers over the years, including US National Team veteran, Tim Howard, along with many All-State, All-County, and All-Division keepers who have gone on to play at every level of the college and professional game.

These 2022 winter sessions will be directed by Jim Keady. Keady has run GK1 Club goalkeeper training programs in the past for clubs throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties, including: Freehold, Manalpan, Marlboro, Brick, Howell, Howell United, Peninsula, Monmouth Coast, Neptune, Point Pleasant, Rumson, Middletown, Manchester... and he has trained keepers from dozens of high schools in the Shore Conference and around the Garden State
