Many of you have known me for a long time, but I’m diving deep into my passion and launching something exciting in the near future, so I thought I would share some info about who I am and what I do:

☀️I’m 27 and living with my Dad and brother in Monmouth County, NJ

☀️I’m a Leo, Enneagram 3w2, and my love languages are Acts of Service and Words of Affirmation

☀️Jason and I have been together for almost 3 years and met 1 week after I ended my previous relationship (timing really is everything 🥰💗)

☀️I provide language therapy for teenagers who struggle with receptive and expressive language, literacy, social communication, and executive functioning skills

☀️I love reading historical fiction novels and watching historical/period dramas (currently obsessed with Peaky Blinders)

☀️I’m currently taking a business and branding course where I am working with my business coach on developing and launching my very own business!! (Stay tuned for more details!)

Welcome to my basic, but respectable at-home gym!

When I started working out at home, I had nothing… no weights, no yoga mat, no step, no resistance bands.

For the cost of what most people spend in a few months for their gym membership, I put together a functional home gym that includes:
🏋🏻‍♀️weights ranging from 1 - 15 lbs
🏋🏻‍♀️ quality yoga mat
🏋🏻‍♀️ weighted, cordless jump rope
🏋🏻‍♀️ adjustable step
🏋🏻‍♀️ resistance track
🏋🏻‍♀️ core ball
🏋🏻‍♀️ resistance loops and sliders

Not having machines might be a downfall for some, but imo the downfalls are generously outweighed by the benefits
* I never have to wait my turn
* I can blast any music I want
* I shower in my shower
* I don’t have to worry about having cute athleisure (even though I still enjoy it!)

This is for every patient, parent, S.O., sibling, daughter, son, cousin, aunt, uncle, grandparent, friend, frontline worker, etc. that’s we’ve lost this year

This is me, making my own decision to get vaccinated, feeling grateful and extremely fortunate to even be able to get the first dose of the vaccine.

And my hope is that when the time comes, you do your own due diligence to make the decision that is best for YOU!

And while this is bringing us one step closer to a safer and healthier future, the pandemic is STILL in effect. So please continue to take care and be safe 😷

A lot can happen in a year...

When I look back to where I was 1 year ago, it’s amazing to see how far I’ve come

I’ve learned to love my body by moving it, fueling it, and caring for it

I’ve grown as an individual, a speech therapist, a health and fitness coach, a girlfriend, a daughter, and a sister

I’ve come to accept who I am, along with all of my flaws and imperfections

One year can do a lot to a person ... tell me something positive that 2020 brought you 🥳
