What if the problem was never your body fat? What if it was always your muscle?

We are not over-fat. We are under-muscled. That distinction is everything. When the medical and fitness industries fixate on fat loss as the primary goal, they are targeting the wrong variable. Still eating my London Broil 😀 and often get a bad rap but I have seen very healing results from both, due to their nutrient content:

👉High quality protein for muscle repair, growth, and prolonged satiety
👉Heme iron in red meat is easily absorbed; prevents iron-deficiency anemia
👉Both very high in B12 (a nutrient that many are lacking and P.S., even if you're "in range" on labs, anything under 600 can really make you feel like CRAP!)

Looks amazing! Balanced meal = Protein, Carb, Fat
Do not be afraid of food! When we heavily restrict food groups, we are limiting key that our bodies need to function properly:

🥔 Potatoes - potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and fiber
🍚 Rice - manganese, selenium, magnesium, and B vitamins
🧈 Butter - vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin K2, and butyrate
🥑 Avocado - fiber, potassium, folate, and vitamin E
🥩 Red meat - Heme iron, zinc, vitamin B12, high-quality protein, and creatine
🍓 Fruit - packed with vitamin C for immunity and vitamin A for cellular health

Post workout breakfast - 416 calories, 30g protein and 8g fibre.

Feeling a little tired today …. Long weekend, horomones, etc…. I had a little break between clients and thought about running to get a second coffee to get me through; but I know that’s only a temporary fix. So instead …. Stretching, breathing, relaxing with no light / sound / phone.
