e have created here. All of our members are top notch, which is why YOU would fit in well. For our Kids Program, we are using the Internationally renowned program which is called SKILLZ. Effective January 2021, we will be launching our Age Specific Classes. This means classes specifically designed for ages:
- 3 & 4
- 5 & 6
- 7 - 9
- 10 - 14
Our Kids Krav Maga SKILLZ program will utilize Krav Maga techniques while focusing on the Developmental Stage of the child. We are the ONLY martial arts school in the area utilizing the SKILLZ Program!!! First, our Adult Krav Maga program is second to none!!! In our Krav Maga class, you'll learn how to strike effectively using hands, elbows, knees, shins, feet, head....all while getting an incredible workout!! In addition to becoming a great striker, you'll develop some ground skills as you learn how to defend against MANY attacks and situations while on the ground. From defending against punches and kicks to any kind of weapon, our Krav Maga Program is designed to help keep you safe!! And if self-defense isn't for you but you want a KILLER workout that doesn't involve boring things like running or lifting heavy things? Then our Fitness Kickboxing is for you!!! It's not your typical Fitness Kickboxing class where you just punch and kick the air......in our class, you get to put on gloves and hit bags!!! PLUS, we have MMA dummies where you get to work some MMA Ground n Pound AND bands to add to strength training.
