⚾🥎 SHLL FACILITY CLOSURE NOTICE 🌧️⛈️

🚨 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2026 🚨

Due to incoming storms associated with Hurricane Isaias, ALL Spring Hill Little League facilities, including Evans Park, will be CLOSED on Saturday, October 10th.

🚫 All baseball and softball practices, and team activities are canceled for the day.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we take precautions ahead of the incoming weather.

Many asked “how can I help” when Bex passed. Here is a great way to get involved in carrying her legacy, supporting the mission of the Bex Foundation, and bringing awareness to all.

Reach out to the foundation for any questions or additional ways to get involved.

Help us turn Bexley’s story into greater awareness and education about brain aneurysms. We would especially love to hear from medical professionals, brain aneurysm survivors, families who have been affected, or others with personal experience who can help us share reliable information, real stories and meaningful awareness initiatives.

🧡 Youth Sports & Community Outreach
Help us support young athletes, local teams, families and organizations while finding meaningful ways to give back.

💙 Sponsorships & Business Partnerships
Help us build relationships with businesses and community partners who want to support the Foundation and its mission.

🧡 Marketing
Help tell the BRF story through social media, photography, video, graphics, content and creative campaigns.

You do not have to be a board member to make a meaningful impact. Whether you have professional experience, community connections, a personal connection to our mission, creative ideas, or simply a heart for helping others, there is a place for you.

All games are delayed 30 minutes. No warm ups or activities can start until 5:30.

Fields will be closed until 5:30. Game times have been adjusted to reflect this and allow for warm up time. Please reach out to your head coach for any questions.

🚨 IMPORTANT SCHEDULE UPDATE – TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15 🚨

Due to the heat index exceeding our 104°F safety threshold, all fields will remain CLOSED until 5:30 PM today.

⚠️ NO warm-ups, practices, batting cages, throwing, or other on-field activities may begin before 5:30 PM. Please help us keep our players and coaches safe by following this restriction.

⚾ GAME TIMES: All games have been moved back 30 minutes to give teams time to warm up once the fields reopen. Please see the updated schedule in comments.

📸 MAKE-UP PICTURES: Pictures will begin at 5:00 PM under the carport at the baseball fields and continue until 7:00 PM. Pictures are the ONLY league activity permitted before 5:30 PM and will remain under the carport.

💧 Please have players arrive well hydrated with plenty of water, and continue to prioritize hydration and cooling breaks throughout the evening.
