Texas Softball, you’ve gained an entire community of fans.

While our hearts were breaking over the loss of Bexley, you showed up for her in a way we will never forget. You honored her throughout the Women’s College World Series—not just for a game, but throughout your championship run. Seeing her name and number 12 carried onto that stage meant more than words can express.

No victory can bring Bexley back, but because of you, her family, friends, teammates, and community got to see her honored by the team she dreamed of one day playing for. That gift is priceless.

Thank you for honoring Bexley. Thank you for bringing moments of joy during some of our darkest days. Thank you for reminding us that softball is about more than wins and losses—it’s about people, community, and love.

From Tennessee to Texas, you’ve earned a whole lot of fans wearing burnt orange. 🧡

Hook ’em in heaven, Bex. We know you were cheering every step of the way.

Every one of our Softball All-Stars received this poster as a reminder of the incredible teammate, friend, and person Bex was.

The words on this poster represent more than how to play the game—they represent how Bex lived it. She showed up with a great attitude, worked hard, encouraged those around her, and competed with joy and heart.

As our girls take the field this summer, they carry Bex’s memory with them. By choosing to each day—on the field, in the dugout, and in their communities—they honor her legacy in the most meaningful way possible.

Clear eyes. Full hearts. Can’t lose. 💙🥎

Happy birthday, Bex!

Spring Hill— let’s sell them out! (And be nice about it 😝)

To all who knew and loved Bex - and to the community who has continued to love and support the Hiler family:

Tomorrow June 3rd would have been Bexley’s 11th birthday. Although she is not on this earth, those who love her and those who knew her want to celebrate her tomorrow.

we have a wonderful cake pop baker -Zakiyah Blackiston with Za's Delights - and tomorrow 6/3 (in celebration of Bexley’s birthday) we will celebrate by donating all proceeds of our cake pop sales to the Hiler family.

This will be different than the foundation. This is specifically for the Hilers so that they can go find a way to celebrate on their own - whether it’s grabbing some ice cream, going away for the weekend, or finding an activity to do together.

Bexley likely had plans for her birthday and she’s not physically here to celebrate with her friends and family, but her friends/family can honor her by celebrating and remembering her tomorrow!

—— before I posted this, I asked Nate if it was ok… he said yes and also reminded me how much this community had come out to support by Showing Up!

Because of this, I will say that this was obviously not something we had planned to do and we will have limited cake pops to go around.

I am asking that if you would like to come out and support the family, we would love to see you! Also there will be a maximum of 2 cake pops per family (if you don’t show up with kids) or a 1 cake pop per kid who is there.

We may run out. If we do run out and you come out to support them, we will make sure there is a way you can still support them.

We appreciate your time and would love to see your faces tomorrow!

We’re recognizing baseball, softball, and Challenger Division coaches who inspire players on and off the field. Winners receive a $5,000 grant to support their league’s initiatives.
