A fun all level, all ages yoga class outdoors along side the fruiting grape vines of Strong Tower. This event if catered to fit any yoga level or a great time to try yoga for the first time. $10 per person, cash please. Bring a yoga mat, water and a blanket or towel for under your mat. Join Asia as you are immersed by the soothing sounds of singing bowls, ocean wave drum and chimes. These rhythms help shift brain waves into alpha/theta states, finding yourself into a more relaxed state of being. Shifting your body from a fight or flight sympathetic state into a restful parasympathetic. You will be guided through breathwork to help allow your body to decompress and fall into comfort within the deep sound vibrations.

Elevate your practice this summer with a 4-week journey through the air. This all-levels series uses the aerial swing at varying heights to explore the body's potential. We will build functional strength, challenge our balance, explore inversions, and experience myofascial release. No experience is required—just a willingness to soar!
