Northbound Fitness Club We are a 15000 sq ft gym with all the latest fitness equipment located in Spring Grove, IL.

Family friendly gym that specializes in group & personal training. 15,000 sq.ft facility complete with a large weight room and cardio area, a studio gym for fitness classes and circuit training, as well as a yoga studio, massage therapy, and ping pong. We specialize in Personal Training and Group Fitness classes including spin and yoga.

She capped her four-year varsity track career by earning a Class 2A fourth-place medal in the 400-meter dash.
