Hey ladies.... just putting it out there. This Wednesday I am planning on going to our b***y boot camp hill in Plain at 730 AM. These legs need a good burn and hoping I have some company to do it with.

2 mile walk today with my guys. 45 minute full body lift. Legs/glute/ab focus. Actually added 1 more bottle of water to my system... still need to get more in me tho! One step at a time.

Tomorrow my goal is a longer walk (3+ miles)and some pickelball. And more fu***ng water!!

2 mile walk yesterday. Took a rest day on weight lifting as I'm super sore lol. Ate a cookie.... and didn't drink enough water. We win some, we lose some.
Todays goal... more fu***ng water. The charlie horse in my calf will thank me. A chest/back lift and hopefully a walk if the rain holds off.

Yesterday I did an upper body lift and 2 mile walk. No sugar.
Today I mustered up 30 minutes of a full body lift (I am sore everywhere by the way...) and a 2 mile walk. Slow and steady. Keep moving forward.
Baked a chicken for supper, potato and cantaloupe to round it out.
Goal for tomorrow is more water... a lot more.
