SUMMER YOUTH LIFT with Mason Henkel

Looking for boys and girls 6th grade and older. This class is focused on building strength, speed, and core through a variety of conditioning exercises including body weight, low weight, and miscellaneous equipment all while working on good form and habits. Please contact Mason below with any questions! All participants MUST be members of RVLF.

Start/End Date: 6/3 - 8/29
Time: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM
Day: Monday - Thursday

Cost: $100 a month for 4 classes a week
OR $50 a month for 2 classes a week.
