I am a very devoted yoga student and my love for yoga keeps me coming to the mat every day. I also instruct students in the physical and philosophical teachings of yoga, hoping to inspire the same dedication in my student's practice. It is simple, doing yoga regularly changes your life in a positive way forever. I study two schools of yoga: Ashtanga and Iyengar. My classes employ both methods, dep
