Our family we will be participating in the Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) 5K fundraising walk this weekend to help raise funds for those experiencing homelessness, hurt, and hunger. If you would like to donate to our fundraising effort, not only would our family appreciate it but those experiencing homelessness will too

The Coldest Night of the Year is a winterrific family-friendly fundraising walk in support of local charities. Let’s gather together for people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness... because it’s cold out there.

September 26-28 the return of the Meatball Monthly!
Friday Night Glow (9:00 pm for those coming after work) / Saturday 1 or 2 rounds depending on division / Sunday Doubles
Admission for all: $20 Admission for the weekend -

Saturday afternoon will be the meatball competition/potluck event. The chef of the best meatballs will win a prize - if you do not want to bring meatballs please bring a side to share

Admission:
- $20 per person for everyone attending over the age of 8 (this is a one time charge, stay one day or stay all 3, play events, swim, or just hang out)

Friday August 1:
- Football Golf 11 am (Grange Time) $10
Typically this event is in the winter but after some suggestions to move it to a warmer time of year we decided the beginning of football season (after the Hall of Fame Game) would be fun.

- Survivor Golf $10
(after football golf)

Saturday August 2:
- Monthly style event $20
(2 rounds on Sunny - 1 round in the shortest possible position and 1 in the longest)

Sunday August 3rd
- Doubles Dark Side. $10 per person.
One round only at about 10am.

Food:
- Bring your lunches

Now even Gavin Newsom is saying what we have been saying since the beginning of this issue in VA.

Wondering what all the sexist/anti-female PDGA heads have to think about this as they continue to shut out anyone who uses their constitutional right to disagree with their ignorant and baseless opinions? Will they pretend to have been by our side all along?

The remarks by Gov. Gavin Newsom of California, a potential White House hopeful, were an extraordinary break from fellow Democrats and signaled a newly defensive position on the issue.

For those disc golfers who want to do somthing different !!!
Instead of league come to the blockhouse for Football golf !
I promise you will not miss being at a league !!!
Don’t be addicted to disc golf when you can throw a football at disc golf targets leave the discs at home and come play football golf !!!
It only happens once a year !!!
Then you can’t wait till next year !

Ask anybody who’s been !
Enlighten yourself with something different then the same old same old !

About to embark on another football golf !!!
( over 20 years and running )
Most if not all of our players come from the disc golf community !!! So why not put those disc down for just one day and come try football golf - it still uses disc golf baskets and plays pretty much like disc golf !!!!!! If you know then you know but if you don’t come see what’s it’s about !!! Leave the discs at home and come to the blockhouse this Sunday Feb 2 2025 and have a blast !!!!!!!!
We have end zone markers we have tees we have a lot of footballs - and we have
REFS with whistles !
Come on golfers !!!!!!!!
You can miss one day of throwing discs

Ok ! Now that I said all this all you have to do is come out to the Blockhouse and have fun !
