With over 25 years of entertaining rodeo fans across the country, Ronald is known for his hilarious comedy acts, family-friendly humor, and wild rodeo antics. A 12-time CPRA “Contract Act of the Year,” Ronald has also been named the 2020 PRCA Ram Great Lakes Circuit Finals Barrel Man and the 2024 PRCA Ram Southeastern Circuit Finals Barrel Man!

Ronald is also featured in the award-winning documentary “Man in the Can,” now streaming on YouTube.

❤️ The Heart of the North Spooner Rodeo wouldn’t be possible without the incredible people in the red shirts. These volunteers give so much more than just their time during rodeo week, they spend countless hours throughout the entire year planning, building, fixing, organizing, and preparing to make sure our rodeo continues to thrive. 🐎🤠

Their dedication comes from a true love for this rodeo, this community, and the traditions we hold close. Through late nights, long workdays, and endless behind-the-scenes effort, they help create the memories that so many families look forward to every summer. ❤️

Members of the Spooner Rodeo Committee have been hard at work since weekly work nights kicked off in April. One of this year’s biggest projects involves improvements to the chutes and the pen area behind them.

This first phase can be summed up in one line: Stubborn as a bull in July! Those 1985 chutes fought us ’til the last bolt.
