Open mat dates and times are provided in the poster. No sign up needed, just show up a little before 4:45 with your wrestling gear. Summer open mat is where separation happens. Middle School Rails Wrestlers Season Closes

Last Tuesday, the middle school rails hosted the HON Conference tournament, which included 18 teams. Out of the 18 teams, the rails placed 2nd at the tournament. We had many wrestlers place in the top three, but unfortunately, we did not get photos of all of them. Congratulations to:

Spooner Middle School Wrestling Weekly Rundown

It was a busy week for the SMS wrestling team. Congratulations to Rye Danielsen for finishing 1st place, and Hurly Burke and Rosalyn Castano for placing 2nd at our opening wrestling tournament of the year.

The SMS Rails brought home the most wins in both the Tuesday and Thursday wrestling meets. Way to go Rails!

For the first time in Spooner Wrestling history, Paisley Imme will be the first female wrestler to advance and compete at the WIAA state wrestling tournament down in Madison. She placed 2nd 🥈 at the girls sectional tournament yesterday. Congratulations Paisley!!!

‼️GIRLS SECTIONALS TODAY‼️

Today two of our girl Rails will be competing in the WIAA High School Wrestling Tournament down at Ladysmith. Good luck to our two sectional qualifiers, Paisley Imme and Hannah Kirk, as they will be giving everything they have to advance to the girls state wrestling tournament down in Madison next Thursday. The top two girls in each weight class will advance to State. Wrestling begins at 3:30 P.M. today. Good luck girls!
