The home is at the driveway entrance to Pleasant Valley Stables in the Mead area and will be available mid-June 2026.
Two Bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen with dining space, living room, laundry including laundry sink. The renter is responsible for yard maintenance.
The renter pays for Gas, Electricity, Internet, Cable or satellite TV, and trash. Off-road parking for 2+ vehicles.
No Pets and No Smoking on property of any substance. Damage Deposit of $1700 plus first-month rent of $1700 due upon lease signing. Renters Insurance and background check required.

Urbat Farms has 1st and 2nd cutting alfalfa available. They supply PVS with our hay and it has always been great quality.

Teenager took out the front fence and power pole at Pleasant Valley Stables this afternoon about 2:45 pm. Avista is onsite with wreckers and Sheriff. We don’t have an estimate of what time the power will be back on to the Stable, House, and Apartments. Calvin will work to repair the fence so the horses that are normally in the front paddock can be put back in their paddock tomorrow. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this unfortunate accident.

Big congratulations to Emma Ehret on Thunder and Stacey Stanford on Smoky for their first show of the year! Emma earned a fourth place and a first place at Intro level, and Stacey earned a fourth place and a second place at Training level.

This is a perfect family home, walking distance to the community pool and in a great neighborhood.

Still no power but our crew did clear the tree off the road.
If anyone has any pull with Avista, please see if they can make the stables power a priority. We rang but they blew us off.

Fairview Road between Overview and the Stables driveway is blocked by a fallen tree and power is out. We will post an update once we have power at the stables. Thanks
