Good Monday Evening to you, Canyon Golfers!
June has arrived and what better way to celebrate the month of dads, grads, and brides than by teeing it up at The Canyon?!?!
Here’s a quick look at some of the fun we’ve got slated for June at the course.
This Friday (6/5) we’re hosting a Titleist GTS Driver fitting on the range, see the post in our events section to book a time to hit the hottest woods in the game.
Next Saturday (6/13) the IC Men’s Club’s ‘MULLIGANS’ Tournament will give players the opportunity to see just how perfect their games can be with a few do-overs.
And later in the month after school has let out, the golf classes begin with OPERATION 36 and FORE! The Ladies (6/22).

Tournament Alert - MULLIGANS! June 13, 2026

The Mulligans tournament is an all new individual event where golfers will be allotted a certain number of Mulligans (do-overs) on the course. The number of Mulligans each player receives will be equal to the number of strokes they would receive per their handicap. For example, a player with a 10 handicap receives 10 mulligans for the round, a 19 handicap gets 19 accordingly.
How low do you think you could go if you could take a mullie after topping that drive or knifing that wedge?
This is your chance to find out - sign up before the tee sheet fills up!

And there’s a fun little kicker... players playing to a "plus" handicap will receive “reverse mulligans” where other players in their group will make them re-hit after great shots. This should be a blast.

FORMAT: Individual stroke play. Players will receive a number of mulligans determined by their handicap (exact number of mulligans TBD).

Entry Fees: $35 for IC Members, $60 for Non Members - payable at check in.
Entry Fee includes Lunch, Prize fund, Skins and Drink Ticket. GREEN FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Tee Times from 9am-11am and will be sent out on the Thursday prior to play.

Players register as individuals and can request pairing partners. Non ICMC Members can only play with current ICMC Members.

Happy Monday Evening, Canyon Golfers!!! First off, thank you to all who played in the Inland Empire Best Ball this weekend, the weather was wild, but some golf was certainly played. Congratulations to the winners and placers of all flights.
This week Indian Canyon will be hosting the WIAA 3A High School Boys State Championship on Tuesday and Wednesday, so expect the course and range to be busy.
Registration is now open for Operation 36 as well as Fore the Ladies, so check the details in the pinned posts above and get signed up!
Lastly, congrats to Aaron Rai for his decisive victory in the PGA Championship at Aronimink. If you’re looking for golf gloves for both left and right hands, come on into the pro shop and we’ll get you suited up!

Students get 1 hour class per week
PGA Professional Instruction
Optional 9 hole play day from their yardage

Happy Monday, Canyon Golfers!!! As we enter Mid-May and the marmot days of Spring, the course calendar is filling up with tournaments and demo days and all of our leagues are up and swingin'.
This week brings us the first major tournament of the Spokane municipal golf season, The Inland Empire Best Ball. Round 1 will be played at Qualchan on Saturday, Round 2 back here at The Canyon on Sunday. It's a big field, but there are still a few spots open, so if you're not playing at Aronimink this weekend, grab a partner and get signed up! Thank you everyone who played in the ICMC Break 50 Scramble today, this was a fun one! And how about that weather?!?!?
Congrats to Olson, Nichols, Harmon, and Molner, who nabbed the Low Gross title shooting 52 - that’s (-19) Gross - WOW!
Congrats also to Cope, Whitman, Claypool, and Diddens who won Low Net at (-20). That’s some good scramblin’, boys!

Our next ICMC tournament will be on Saturday June, 13th so mark your calendars. The format of the June tournament is a new one for the club, we call it ‘Mulligans’ and it’s an event where individuals golf their own ball and are allotted a number of mulligans equal to the number of handicap strokes they normally receive. Tournament Alert - The Break 50 Challenge! May 09, 2026
Teams of 4 - Scramble Format from the front tees (we're moving some holes up even farther!) to see who can tame the Canyon and BREAK 50!
We'll also have an optional side game of Beat the Pros (only 2 pro's will play).
FORMAT: 4 Man Scramble. Gross and Net (10% of team handicap). No drive requirements, just go as low as you can.
Cost of entry: $35 for Members, $60 for Non Members - payable at Check=in.
