Body by Michelle Personal Training/ Group Fitness Personal Training ranges from $30 to $40 person session depending on your needs. No minimum sessions required to purchase.

No contracts to sign as well as no start up fees. Truely a beautiful quiet setting that makes this a non intimidating environment. Let me help you get to the next level in fitness, no matter where you're starting. I also provide group classes on Tuesday and Thursdays. They start at 12:10 and end at 12:50. The cost is $45 per month 2 days a week or $25 per month 1 day a week. The first class is always FREE. What's stopping you? Pop in today or give me a call. I'd love to have you join me.
