Fairo Sport is a veteran owned company founded by Stephen Swanger who is also a child of a Marine Corps officer and moved often thoughout his childhood. After a brief college stint in North Carolina, he signed a development contract with Provincial Osorno, Chile and after the tutelage of Jorge Garces, spent 2-years with with 1st division soccer teams in Chile and Bolivia. In 1993 he left the game
after an accident leaving mulitple serious injuries. Stephen has coached at youth levels through high school as well as men's club teams.
