Zumba with Lindsey Come and get your Zumba at the Valley Y! I LOVE the way Zumba makes me feel. Its exercise but it doesn't feel that way. It gets me moving and is super fun.

If you are looking for a new way to exercise this is for you. No experience needed. Just follow my lead.

Hello Lovely Zumba People!
I will be at class tomorrow for sure. There was a miscommunication last week there should have been a sign at the front desk letting you know that class was cancelled. I had two very sick kids and I didn't want to spread the sickness to my zumba people. There were no subs to be had so I apologize for all those who showed up and I wasn't there. Hope to see you tomorrow and I will have Christmas/ Holiday goodies for everyone.
