This Saturday I will be giving a FREE workshop on treating and preventing SHOULDER PAIN in crossfit athletes at Predation Crossfit. You do not have to be a member at Predation or even a crossfitter to attend.

Kristina, Kendra, and Haley on the North Bend 1/2 marathon Trail run last Saturday. Katie was there too! - for the 50K. Me Kendra and Kristina did the half marathon. 1400 feet elevation gain and 4000. Hells ya ladies!!!! 🏃‍♀️

So this a different type of post for me and will be kinda a lengthy read. March of 2020 the world changed completely do-to COVID19 but at the same time the world was changing I was going through my own battle. That battle was for my 19 year career/job as a golf course assistant superintendent for Spokane County. In 2019 I was injured on the job with a back injury that subsequently the LNI doctor would not release me back to job of injury ultimately losing my job.After spending the first 6 months out trying to figure out what I was going to do and with the support from my wife I started my own business(Tritt-USA) specializing in early Ford restorations,consulting and logistics. My business has been growing slowly where it has brought me overseas to the Middle East. Fast forward 3 1/2 years of dealing with the back injury and pain after the injury. This is the point in my life at which a client inspired me to change my life introducing me to CrossFit at his home gym here in Riyadh Saudi Arabia at first the workout kicked my ass and I hated every minute of it but then after 6 weeks something changed I was hooked. After this last year and a half my life is changed I am in the best shape of my life and I owe a grate deal of thanks to my Saudi client. I guess it took me having to fly half way around the world to change. Also the coach’s at the gym here in Riyadh you guys rock. To my home gym best CrossFit gym in Spokane along with the best coach’s so to my Spokane friends that want change but don’t know where to start check out my home gym. So after all this what have I learned change is good so get off your ASS and change your life
