In 2016, my life was a NIGHTMARE…

Due to numerous injuries, trying Keto diet, fasting, Atkinson, and other get skinny quick yo-yo diets, but just couldn’t kept the weight off.

I honestly thought there’s something WRONG with me, I was 252lbs and felt disgusted with myself.

This cycle of pain, self-pity, over-eating and no exercise was starting to take its toll and I just couldn’t recognise the man I saw in the mirror anymore.

Fast forward as of today, at age 41 I changed my life completely, lost over -67 LBS, and having more energy and strength than in my 20’s.

Feeling more disciplined than ever, while helped many other parents, professionals achieve the same results with their health & # fitness journeys.

⁣Understand that no matter what’s gone on before, you have full control of how you want your life to be.⁣⁣

⁣⁣Please don’t be a victim.⁣⁣

⁣⁣Make a decision that you’re going to change your life completely and stick to it. Decide, believe, take action and achieve Anything that you want!⁣⁣

My guy Christian came to me with a goal of putting on LBM and getting stronger. His 1st month he put on 9lbs of muscle and 1lb of body fat. Every month he is constantly progressing.

Transformation. Once I hit 252lbs on the scale and my arm pits clapped going down the stairs, I knew it was time for a change. Well, I always knew, let's just say that was my wake up call. My call to action. So I got educated. Took the Master Trainer's Certification through ISSA and changed my life. Now I get to change the lives of others!
