Opened in 1981, Giorgio's is still the only Spokane family owned club for over 37 years! opened Giorgio's Gym in August of 1981 with the thoughts of doing something big. He sold his prized possessions and his home to chase the american dream. When it came time to purchase equipment for the new Giorgio's Gym there was only so much money to go around so Giorgio Sr. decided he would buy only the equ

ipment that he could not build himself. This home built equipment soon began to gain fame in the fitness industry and not long after that the home built equipment became Forza Strength Systems, manufacturing of some of the finest, strongest and best thought out powerlifting equipment money can buy and is also used by the strongest lifters in the world. Over time the fitness scene has changed and overall health and wellness has taken over the spotlight from the powerlifting scene of the 80's and early 90's. Changing fitness trends of all power to combining effective cardio and strength together has been a welcome transition and so came the change of Giorgio's Gym to Giorgio's Fitness! We are a fully stocked fitness center featuring an always current and up to date cardio area with rows of different ellipticals, bikes, treadmills, rowing machines and climb mills with never a wait for equipment. We also have 2 functional training areas, a full circuit training area and still boast the best and most complete free-weight room in the area featuring products by Forza Strength Systems and Matrix. Giorgio's Fitness is a partnership owned by both Giorgio Sr. and both can be seen in Giorgio's Fitness on almost a daily basis and are always willing to help members achieve their own personal fitness goals with a smile! Update: The Door System is working correctly now. We have technicians that are looking into the system to help prevent this issue from re-occurring. We LOVE our members!!!!
