Get away from the office and do your strategic planning!

OK, I wouldn't necessarily suggest doing your strategic planning inside the MRI machine, but do what you've gotta do to get your sh*t done.

Here's what worked for me:

Sat in scan room with my foot in the small MRI machine and headphones on (they provided headphones with whatever music I wanted!).

Since they don't allow phones, watches or any other hardware, I was forced to be alone with my thoughts.
FORCE YOURSELF TO PUT YOUR PHONES AWAY!

About 10 minutes into the scans, my mind was so clear and then full of strategies, I asked them for a pen and paper.

Within another 10 minutes, I had my entire Quarter 4, 2023 planned out.

Be ready for some big stuff - clarity breaks for the win!!
