For me: 54'57" total time with 28s & 20in box
I did 1 Rd every 4' for 10 & the last 3+1 Rds every 4'30". Typically i run this with 32s every 4'30" & 16in box. knee isnt ready for 2x32 so smarter = lighter with less rest & taller box. Will be on yt

from JCC tested out with Talan yesterday. A very strong 19mph after basically just a half program! This was also her first time at & she made the most of her sessions 💯 We are excited for your upcoming season, Stevie. Moving like a champ 🏃‍♀️ Big things this spring ❤️
