from JCC tested out with Talan yesterday. A very strong 19mph after basically just a half program! This was also her first time at & she made the most of her sessions 💯 We are excited for your upcoming season, Stevie. Moving like a champ 🏃‍♀️ Big things this spring ❤️

Big thank you to for doing the behind the scenes work & making ARSL look good 💯🙏 & because I'm the most distracted pers i know, fills in at AR weekly to help oversee programming as well 👊

This is from JCC. He just completed his first training program at . He came down all winter to prepare for season. When Talan first started, he was pretty rough around the edges. I told him tonight that there was no way i would have guessed he'd run 19.5mph by the time he was done! He has improved sooo much from day 1. A real testiment to his commitment & effort! Well done young man!

Another s/o to as she oversaw most of his training. Leave it to the boss to show up on testing day to steal the glory 😁😉
