Week 1 with GT
GT works overnight as a nurse for a woman in the final stage of dementia. That alone says a lot about her character. She shows up every day in a hard season of life with responsibility, compassion, and grit.
Her goal is clear. She wants to go from 280 pounds to 200 pounds and, more importantly, build the habits that will keep the weight off for good. That is the real mission. Not a quick fix. Not a short-term push. Sustainable change.
Right now, we are focused on movement habits, consistency, and winning the basics. She trains with me 4 days a week using full body circuits. From there, we will layer in calorie tracking, then dial in the right macro balance for her body and her goals.
GT is fully accountable for where she is, and she knows it. No excuses. No shortcuts. She fights for every rep and every step because nothing about this process is easy for her right now. Walking is a struggle. Standing is a struggle. Just getting through the day is a struggle. But she is facing it head-on and doing the work to build a better life.
Her biggest win so far? She cut out regular soda and completed every workout in week one.
That is how change starts. One decision. One workout. One hard-earned win at a time.
