Austin Lakeside Boat & RV Storage We are a new Class-A, Boat & RV Storage Facility near Briarcliff and Pace Bend Park on Lake Travis, Opening late spring to early summer 2016!

Donna Garrison – Owner/Broker of Austin Lakeside Properties and her husband Curtis Corbitt are excited to announce their new business – Austin Lakeside Boat & RV Storage! This new venture has been a dream for both Donna and Curtis for many years now, the project has finally gotten off the ground and construction has started! On January 11, 2016 construction began on the first phase build out of 11

1 enclosed and covered Boat & RV storage units. The new facility will feature extra wide concrete drives, covered and enclosed storage units all with concrete floors. The enclosed units have insulated ceilings to keep your boat cooler in the summer, with 12 foot high doors on the 35 foot units and 14 foot high doors on the 40 foot deep units.These will handle wake board boats with tall towers and larger cruisers that need high overhead clearance. The 50 foot covered RV spaces are large enough to handle the largest class C motor homes and the buildings are oriented so that the RV’s will always be out of the sun. The entire facility will have night sky friendly LED lighting, 20 amp power in all units with optional 30 amp power for the RV spaces. Security is our highest priority, we have 24 hour video surveillance of the entire site, on site owners, a highly secured keypad entry gate, security fencing, security lighting, and our SSL secure website keeps your personal information safe. Big News. Vincent's on the Lake will be officially opening April 1st at Safe Harbor Emerald Point Marina in the old Emerald Point Bar & Grill location (originally Carlos 'n Charlie's). Some of you oldtimers, like us, will remember Vincent's on the Lake as the legendary floating restaurant at Hurst Harbor Marina (pre Sam Hill and Johnny Fins). Vincent's was THE place to be on the lake in the '90's with huge crowds and cigarette boats tied up at the dock 30 deep. The original Vincent's ownership will try and re-make that magic at Emerald Point beginning April 1st. Looking forward some new Vincent's on the Lake memories. We'll be listing them on LakeTravis.com shortly with all their live music (3 or more times a week). Stay tuned !
