10 mat spaces available Please join yoga, sound, and reiki practitioner Caitlyn Longo for an afternoon spring solstice practice. This special event will include a gentle yoga flow, followed by a sound bath and reiki mini sessions for each participant. Intention setting and journaling will also take place to create affirmations and goals for the new spring season. Teas and light snacks will be available

As many of you know we were hoping to gather a group to greet the monks in Catlett this week. Unfortunaltey they have adjusted their route due to the recent weather. The monks will be arriving in Fredricksburg tomorrow, 5th, and will continue up 95 towards DC. We hope that some of you will be able to find your way out to show support.
