What we witnessed wasn't just a softball game; it was a sanctioned demonstration of my roster's power, and I will not be silent while the world tries to characterize this level of play as anything other than 'unmatched.'

When we put up a performance like this, leading to a 15–0 shutout, and watch my athletes stay sharp in every inning while Memphis is forced to defend against an absolute offensive onslaught, that is not an accident. That is greatness. We are playing with a relentless focus, sending our stars to the plate with one goal, and we are here to talk about 'ex*****on.' Yes.

But let’s talk about the standard of excellence that has become the heartbeat of this program. It is a commitment to the game, plain and simple. My players are scrutinized under a microscope for every swing and every pitch, yet they continue to play flawless softball because they refuse to settle for anything less than perfection. Why is the bar so high for us? Because we understand that discipline rewards results over chaos.

I’m not here to play nice. I don’t care about the noise. I care about the integrity of a program that is built on the foundation of 'hard work' and 'mentality.' Anyone who watched this game and doesn't see the blatant gap in our ex*****on is either not looking or doesn't understand the work we put in.

We won 15–0. We’ll own that. We’ll own the explosive start. And we will always embrace a reality where our discipline is rewarded and our focus is absolute. This isn't just competition; it is professional excellence. The world needs to decide — right now — if they are ready for the standard we are setting in this championship season.

Watching them both step on the field hits different. It’s more than just baseball, it’s early mornings, dirt on their cleats, lessons about discipline, respect, and hard work.
The little one's is learning the game.
The big one's learning how to lead, both are learning that nothing is given, but everything is earned.
This is where it starts. The foundation. The grind. The dream.

It’s that time of the year again…
We’re looking to officially cap off our 9U roster (playing up in 10U) with a couple more dedicated players and committed families ready to compete and grow.
This is already a great core group of kids talented, coachable, and hungry. Now we’re looking to add:

For years, many pro softball players have earned seasonal pay, not year-round salaries. In U.S. leagues, reported compensation has often landed in the tens of thousands for a short season, meaning many players still coach, work other jobs, or play internationally to make a living.

Leagues like National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) (1997–2021) featured Olympic athletes, All-Americans, and household names, yet ultimately folded due to limited visibility, inconsistent revenue, and not enough long-term fan support.

Now, the landscape is finally shifting.

Since 2020, Athletes Unlimited Softball (AUSL) has steadily grown its audience, set viewership records, expanded media coverage, and earned investment from Major League Baseball, a major signal of confidence in the sport’s future.

But league leadership has been clear:
expansion depends on interest, engagement, and viewership.

AUSL already expanded from 4 teams in 2025 to 6 teams in 2026.

What's next?

Supporting pro softball doesn’t mean you have to do everything... it means doing something:

• Watch games when they’re on TV or streaming
• Buy tickets if a team is playing near you
• Support players and teams through merch
• Engage on social media — visibility matters

In modern sports, attention is currency.

If we want longer seasons, higher pay, stable teams, and real growth, fan support can’t be passive.

The Show Baseball 8U is looking to add 2 utility players to an already strong, experienced roster.
Our team is built around development, discipline, and confidence onn and off the field. Every player currently on the roster has game experience, and we’re looking to add two more experienced players who are ready to compete and continue growing.
We understand talent comes in many forms. Exceptional raw talent with the right attitude and work ethic will absolutely be considered.

The LAB Indoor Sports Training is building a high standard youth baseball program and is seeking experienced coaches who teach with purpose, structure, and accountability.
This opportunity is for coaches who understand long term development, value fundamentals, and demand the right habits on and off the field. Our growing program serves athletes ages 3-10U and operates out of a dedicated indoor training facility, allowing for consistent, year-round development.
We are also welcoming serious players and families who are committed to training at a higher level and embracing a culture of discipline, effort, and growth.
