After a brief scheduled pool area maintenance....THE POOL IS OPEN and water exercise classes will resume on November 4th!!
At the OCFYMCA, the opportunites for group water exercise are Aqua Fit and Cardio Splash and if you need yet another reason or ten to give the H2O a try:
